By purchase of and accessing RiderCise On Demand, you confirm that you are in good health & are free from injury. You also release RiderCise from any liability of injury caused whilst undertaking any workouts/programmes streamed by RiderCise.
1.5 By purchase of and accessing RiderCise On Demand, you confirm that you have read, understood and are in agreement that
1.5.1You are enrolling in physical activity including, but not limited Circuit Training, High-Intensity Training (HITT), Free Body Resistance Exercises, CV machines, Free Weights, and Resistance Machines and the use of various conditioning and exercise equipment as set out by RiderCise.
5.2 1 By accessing the RiderCise¬Æ On Demand Workout Routine Videos you confirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any disability that would prevent or limit your participation in the workouts.
1.5.3 If at any time during your streaming workout session, should you feel unwell, dizzy, or discomfort/pain, you should stop the activity and seek medical care.
1.5.4 All of the movements and techniques required for your RiderCise On Demand workouts/exercises are demonstrated in the instructional videos. If at any time you feel unsure, it is your responsibility to seek professional assistance.
1.5.5 You may contact RiderCise for assistance via email firstname.lastname@example.org, which may take up to 72 hours for a Trainer to respond.
In consideration of your participation in the RiderCise Online Rider Programmes - you agree to the following statements:
i) I for myself and all those in contact with me hereby release RiderCise from any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising from my participation in the program or from any use of conditioning and exercise equipment and facilities. I understand that if I fail to perform an appropriate and thorough warm-up that I am putting myself at risk of injury. I must perform a thorough warm-up before I begin this program.
ii) I fully understand that I may suffer injury as a result of my participation in the program and I hereby release RiderCise of all liability now or in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering that may occur by reason of ANY injury however caused, whether occurring during, or after my participation in the following program or use of any conditioning and exercise equipment and facilities, regardless of fault.
iii) All the materials this site are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall RiderCise or its agents or associates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, injury or death) arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials, even if has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
iv) You are under no obligation to follow and complete any of the workouts/programmes on the RiderCise On Demand site and do so at your own discretion.
